Fill & Boo is published by Pixebyte Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13869005. Our registered office is 28 Maes Sarn Wen, Four Crosses, Llanymynech, Powys, United Kingdom, SY22 6NT.

Information collected by the app

The app does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal information. It contains no advertising software, analytics software, tracking technologies, social features or third-party sign-in.

Colour choices, settings and drawing progress are saved locally on the device so a picture can be continued later. Pixebyte cannot see or retrieve this information. It is removed when the app is deleted.

Children's privacy

Fill & Boo is designed for children. It does not ask a child for a name, age, email address, location, photograph, voice recording or any other personal information. Parent-facing information and support are placed behind a parental gate.

Purchases

The initial purchase is handled by Apple. Pixebyte does not receive payment-card details. Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

If you contact us

If a parent or carer chooses to email support, we receive the email address and information included in that message. We use it only to answer the enquiry and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for support, security or legal records. We do not add support contacts to marketing lists.

Your choices and rights

Because artwork is stored only on the device, it can be removed by clearing an individual picture inside the app or deleting the app. For questions about an email previously sent to us, or to exercise applicable data-protection rights, contact us using the address below.

Changes

We may update this policy if the app changes. The effective date at the top of this page will show when it was last revised. We will not introduce advertising, tracking or personal-data collection for children without updating both the product and this notice appropriately.
