Fill & Boo is designed to be simple enough for a child to explore. Here are the answers to the questions grown-ups are most likely to need.
Where are drawings saved?
Progress saves automatically on the device. It is not uploaded to Pixebyte. Deleting the app also deletes its saved pictures.
How do colours and patterns work?
Tap the large paint circle to choose a colour or pattern. Use Brush for free painting inside a shape, Fill to colour the whole shape, and Eraser to remove colour.
How do I return to the picture gallery?
Tap the green tick at the top of the toolbar. The current picture saves automatically before the gallery opens.
How do I clear a picture?
Tap the bin once, then tap it again within three seconds. The double tap prevents accidental erasing.
What is Play mode?
Tap the character button to switch between Colour and Play. In Play mode, tap or drag the finished creation to see it react.
Can I move drawings to another phone?
Not in version 1.0. The app deliberately keeps artwork private and offline on the device where it was created.
Which devices are supported?
Version 1.0 is designed for iPhone in landscape and requires iOS 15 or later.
